Exceptions:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered: In the rare event of an incorrect product being delivered, we understand the inconvenience caused. To rectify this, we request you to provide video proof of the error. In such cases, the shipping cost for return will be borne by Arcor India.

Eligibility for Return:

Ready to step onto the return dance floor? To join the party, your item must be pristine, unused, and still rocking its original unopened packaging. We adore surprises, but certain items can’t shimmy along. Apologies, no returns for perishable goods (like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), gift cards, intimate treasures, hazardous materials, delicate ceramics, any type of fabric, or flammable liquids and gases. And don’t forget to bring your ticket! A receipt or proof of purchase is your VIP pass to complete the return process.

Return Exceptions:

Sometimes the rhythm calls for a partial refund. If a product has been grooving with you and shows signs of use, has been unboxed and enjoyed, lost its original flair, or is missing parts (without us causing the ruckus), it may qualify for a partial refund. But remember, we can’t sway with returns that show up fashionably late—make sure to bust your moves within the 7-day time frame.

Refunds:

Drumroll, please! Once we receive your return and give it the spotlight inspection, you’ll receive an electrifying email notification. If your return takes center stage, we’ll process the refund and direct it back to your original payment method. Get ready to feel the rhythm in your wallet within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Uh-oh, did the refund beat get lost in the melody? First, double-check your bank account. Then, give your credit card company a shout—sometimes they need a few extra dance moves to officially post the refund. If they’re not the culprits, reach out to your bank, as they sometimes take a moment to sync with the groove. And if the refund still hasn’t found its way to you, fret not! Sale Items:

We’ve got a twist here! Only regular-priced items can dance their way to a refund. Apologies, sale items can’t join the boogie.

Exchanges:

Uh-oh, did your item break a leg? We’re here to save the day! We’ll only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Give us a shout at [email protected], and we’ll bring in the backup dancers to get you the same item in perfect condition.

Shipping Returns:

Ready to send your item back on a one-way ticket? Address it to 2nd Floor, Plot No 179, Abhay Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P. – 201010. However, make sure you’ve got your wallet in hand as the return shipping costs are on you. No worries, though, shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is in the cards, we’ll groove to the beat by deducting the return shipping cost. The time it takes for your exchanged product to hit the dance floor again may vary depending on your location. For precious items, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your return and keep the party going!
